Graffiti to Gallery is a 12 week street art and mentoring programme supporting young people to develop creative skills, confidence, and positive pathways into training and employment.

Sessions take place every other week, building towards real community mural projects and a public exhibition.


🌟 About the Programme

Graffiti to Gallery supports teens and young adults to:

  • Develop legal street art and mural skills
  • Work alongside professional artists
  • Take part in team art projects
  • Build confidence, responsibility and pride
  • Explore pathways into employment, volunteering and training
  • Receive guidance and referrals to relevant support services where needed

Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the project combines creativity with mentoring, restorative practice, and real-world experience.


🔴 Session 6 – Spray Week & Transition Planning

Focus: Delivery & Moving Forward

  • Final spray and installation week
  • Reflection and individual progression planning
  • Support linking with agencies (mental health, housing, benefits, volunteering, employment support)
  • Ensuring ongoing pathways into paid or voluntary work

This session celebrates achievement while ensuring sustained support beyond the project.


👥 Who Can Join?

  • Anyone aged 13+
  • Aspiring or emerging artists
  • Those at risk of disengagement or low-level offending
  • Those that have been involved with the justice system due to street art / tagging
  • Young people seeking creative direction and mentorship
