We are super excited to tell you we have the fantastic Clementine Neild running a Drypoint Print workshop with us on 2nd July.

Something we have always wanted to host for you all, is a printing workshop! Drypoint printing

Drypoint is a printmaking technique of the intaglio family, in which an image is incised into a plate with a needle. The design is scratched directly into a plate (card, plastic or metal) with the sharply pointed instrument, creating lines characterized by a soft fuzziness caused by ink printed from a burr. The lines create a burr that holds ink, meaning that the print reveals the drawing.
